"Actually Useful Notifications"
I’ve been using hellosimply.com for a little while now, i blame them for making me rely on notifications more than I probably should. They show up right when I need them, not after the fact, which helps me remember stuff I’d definitely forget otherwise. I also like that they keep it simple and don’t bombard me like some sites do. The notifications actually feel helpful, so I don’t have to keep checking things all the time.

"Easy Recipes, But Not Enough Variety"
The recipes are easy to follow, which I do appreciate. But after a while, I felt like I kept seeing the same types of meals over and over. I was hoping there’d be more options for picky eaters or people with different diets. Anyway... it just got kind of boring for me fast
"I don’t know what’s going on…"
I don’t know what’s going on with this app, but logging in has become a headache for me almost every time. Pages freeze out of nowhere, and I end up wasting time just trying to do basic things. Whoever is handling this really needs to sort it out, because it’s getting annoying.

"In the end, I don’t think hellosimply…"
In the end, I don’t think Simply was really worth it for what I wanted. I tried it mainly for the workout content, but I ended up feeling disappointed. A lot of the videos seemed really basic and kind of repetitive, and I didn’t feel like there was much progression or a clear plan to follow. It’s probably fine if you’re brand new and just want something simple to get started, but I was hoping for something more structured. For the price, I expected better workout content.

"Clear Pricing, No Surprises"
I really appreciated that the price was clearly shown before I paid. No random extra charges popped up later, which is all I was hoping for. Billing surprises are so avoidable, so it was nice that everything was simple and easy to understand.
"Trial Details Could Be Clearer"
I guess the free trial is decent, but the info around it left me a bit unsure. It wasn’t super clear what I was actually agreeing to or what would happen once the trial ended. I had to click around more than I expected just to figure things out. Maybe it works fine once you get past that, but the setup didn’t feel as straightforward as it should
"Helpful, though not quite perfect"
I’ve been using hellosimply.com for a few weeks now, and I’m a little torn, but mostly in a good way. The reminders and check-ins have definitely helped me stay more accountable, which is something I really needed. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect though — sometimes I wish it gave me a bit more flexibility to adjust things to fit my routine. Still, it’s been useful overall, and I’ve noticed I’m actually sticking with my goals more than I was before

"Easy to Follow and Helpful Overall"
I actually found the meal plans easy to follow, which made it a lot simpler to stay on track during the week. That said, a few of the meals did start to feel a little repetitive after a while. Still, overall, it was a helpful plan and I liked having something structured to keep me consistent.

"Decent overall, but I’d expect something for the mistakes"
The site was generally okay and easy enough to use, but a few details were wrong, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It wasn’t a total disaster, but when errors like that happen, I’d expect the company to offer some kind of compensation or at least make it right.

"Clear Progress, But I’m Watching the Updates"
I do like that it’s easy to see how I’m doing and track my progress without much effort. That said, some updates seem to take longer than I’d expect, which makes me wonder if everything is actually syncing right away or just catching up later

"I asked for a refund it turned into..."
I asked for a refund it turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. The replies were so slow, and half the time it felt like nobody had actually read what I wrote. How hard is it to give a clear answer? I’m still not sure where things stand, and at this point, why would I use them again?

"Took a While to Hear Back"
I reached out and the reply eventually came through, but it definitely wasn’t quick. I guess if you’re not in a hurry, it’s fine, but waiting around for a response wasn’t exactly the best experience.

"Helped a little, but still too slow"
It did work a bit, so I’ll give it some credit, but it still felt slow. I was expecting a more noticeable improvement, and the overall experience was kind of disappointing.

"I had heard about hellosimply.com and figured..."
I had heard about hellosimply.com and figured I’d give it a try since it seemed like it might be useful once everything was set up. The site itself looked fine at first, and I was hoping it would be straightforward. After spending some time with it, though, I ended up getting a bit stuck during the onboarding. A few steps weren’t super clear, and I had to enter the same information more than once, which got old fast. The setup emails also didn’t really help me understand what I was supposed to do next. Maybe the actual service is better once you’re fully inside, but getting started felt slower and more frustrating than I expected.

"I tried it and, yeah, it’s not…"
I tried it and, yeah, it’s not for me. Totally fine, no big deal or anything, but I definitely wouldn’t choose it again. Maybe someone else would like it more.

"I wasn’t comfortable with how they handle data"
As someone who’s had a family member deal with a privacy issue before, I’m cautious about this stuff. Using this felt a little sketchy to me, and I just didn’t feel confident about where my data was going or how it was being handled...

"Personalization looked really clean"
I ordered from Simply and, my quick way of judging personalized stuff is whether it looks thoughtfully done or like someone just tossed the name on at the end. This passed that test for me. The name and little details looked clean and pretty much matched what I picked, which made it feel more special. I’d definitely order again.

"Helpful tracker, but I feel stupid for trusting it to be better"
I used hellosimply.com mostly for the fasting tracker, and to be fair, it does help me keep track of my hours. It’s simple enough, and I like being able to quickly see where I am in my fast without having to think about it too much. But after using it for a bit, it feels basic. I kind of feel stupid for trusting it to be more useful than it actually is. I wish there was clearer info and an easier way to edit things when I mess up a start time. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not amazing either. 3 stars feels fair

"Works okay, but I might switch if it doesn’t improve"
I’ve been using Simply for a little while now, and it gets the basic stuff done, which I appreciate. But the app can feel kind of clunky at times. Some pages take longer to load than I’d like, and a few buttons aren’t very obvious, so I end up clicking around more than I should. It’s not a terrible experience, but if these little usability issues don’t get cleaned up soon, I’d probably start looking for another option.

"My first impression wasn’t great. It wasn’t awful..."
My first impression wasn’t great. It wasn’t awful, but it just didn’t feel very smooth or welcoming right away, which kind of put me off. After using it for a bit, I can say it works fine and there are definitely a few things I like. But for what I actually use month to month, the subscription feels a little overpriced. It’s not bad service, I’m just not totally convinced I’m getting enough value for the cost
